Unique Capabilities
Quality at Monarch Machining is our number one priority. We offer two coordinate measuring machines with capabilities of inspection for parts of travel up to 3300mm of X, 6300mm of Y and 2500mm of Z, utilizing PCDMIS software and a portable laser tracker with a 230 foot max radius.
Monarch Machining maintains a layered process audit program in each area of operation. This program is conducted by several layers of our organization from plant manager to operators in the fabrication and machine shops. These audits ensure conformance to the requirements outlined by the customer. They are also a way for Monarch Machining to standardize processes to make them repeatable and reproducible every time, and to build our products right the first time.
Our staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with meeting AIAG: APQP requirements including PPAP, Control Plan and FMEA Development and Gage R&Rs.
