Started in 1933 by a German immigrant named Otto Gebhardt, Monarch has maintained its reputation for the old world craftsmanship that started the company. After three generations of family ownership and the purchase of the company in 2007 by an equity group and the existing management team, our mission is the same today as it was when we started.
