Quality Assurance  Monarch's new 10'x12' Granite table weighs 42,000lbs and plays a significant role in quality control. Parts can be checked conventionally on our Granite table or checked on the machine with a probe. CNC Machines are calibrated to .0002 positioning. Gauge calibration follows ISO 10012.1 guidelines.
