We are welcoming applications for the following positions:

Welders
Monarch Machining & Fabrication is currently seeking skilled Welders for 1st and 2nd shift with 3-5 years of MIG welding experience working with flux-core weld wire in a custom environment. Successful candidates will have the ability to read blueprints, good shop math, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, know welding symbols and follow AWSD1.1 quality standards. Experience working on large components (up to 12’ high and 40’ long) and heavy-gauge steel preferred. Additionally, candidates should have their welding certification and have the ability to lay multiple pass welds.

Machinists
Monarch Machining & Fabrication is currently seeking skilled CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift with experience in various CNC machining centers. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience with setting up, operating and programming horizontal CNC machining centers. Successful candidates must be able to interpret machining requirements on blueprint readings and be comfortable working with large, heavy-gauge steel fabrications.
