The fabrication shop is capable of burning parts 12' x 40' up to 12" think utilizing the four torch CNC flame cutting machine. Lifting Capacity 50 ton with 20' under hook  Flame Cutting  ALLtra G14-14 CNC Controlled 4 Torches and a Scribe Station, Water Table & Spray,  capable of burning parts 12' x 40' up to 12" thick Welding   Mild Steel, Alloys, Stainless Steel, Semi-Automatic, Mig, Tig, Flux Core, Titanium, Aluminum. • Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) on staff. • Certified AWS D1.1-98 or current revision and ASME Section IX.   Positioners 3 to 12 Ton Capacity • Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) on staff.  Welders and setup technicians are certified to AWS D1.1-98 or current revision and ASME Section IX. • All set-ups performed on leveled tables to maintain accuracy.  • Two large floor plates available for large fabrications.  • Monarch has strategically aligned themselves with quality suppliers to out-source project needs such as rolling, stress relieving, blasting, x-ray and NDE. • Painting capabilities are available in-house.
